You want to trade not aid, really, you do, but sometimes life gets in the way and you end up buying regular bananas and coffee and picking up some last minute party jewelry in a high street store…

Time for a yearly shot of inspiration and motivation! It’s time for another Fairtrade Forthnight. Because a third of humanity still survives on less than $2 a day. Because unfair trade rules keep them in poverty, but they face the global challenges of food shortages and climate change so much more than we do. Because Fairtrade aims to tip the balance of trade in favor of poor producers, we all need Fairtrade more than ever and we all have the power to create positive change.

During this coming Forthnight, designers are launching even more ways for you to have easy access to their ethical goods! A first click will take you to MADE, the fair trade jewelry brand will be launching the new pieces designed by Peaches Geldof during the fortnight (also at ASOS). Continue stretching your fingers if you want flirty feminine dresses: Agyness Deyn’s favorite ethical brand, Annie Greenabelle will also be launching their online shop during the fortnight (or head to Topshop Oxford St). If you fancy something a little more high-end, don’t miss Natalie Dissel who will also be launching her online shop very soon!

There you go, with three clicks and a new dress you can create wealth instead of poverty, it’s as easy as that!
