London is the place to be with three ethical fashion events this week!

FASH/OFF - June 24 You are warmly invited to FASH/OFF: The June Ethical Fashion Forum Social held in collaboration with MA ‘Fashion and the Environment’ students from the London College of Fashion. With exhibits, hands on activities and networking, come along for this fun, free EFF social on Thursday 24th June from 6.30pm. Get a group of friends together and enter into our FASH/OFF competition. Your challenge will be to create a beautiful garment/outfit from a small collection of unwanted ‘waste’ garments, in just one hour! All equipment will be provided – just bring your team and get creative! Throughout the evening you will be able to view the work of the MA students and take part in practical workshops and discussions. A specialist fashion quiz will conclude the activities focusing on the issues explored throughout the evening. Location: UAL Hub, 272, High Holborn, WC1V 7EY

Clothes Show London - June 25-27 Back for a second year, bigger and better and this year at London’s Earls Court, Clothes Show London is making its mark on the capital as the Ultimate Girls Day Out this Summer. And this year features some ethical events as well! For example on Saturday June 26 from 9.40 – 9.55 'Ethical Fashion Style': Meet some of the most exciting brands and designers out there- and how they are changing the world. On Sunday 27th June 3.30 – 3.45 pm 'Ethical Fashion Style': Learn from the experts- how you can look and feel fabulous in fashion that changes lives. Location: Earls Court.

Ethical Just Got Fabulous - June 26-27 Ethical Just Got Fabulous brings together an eclectic mix of the most up and coming ethical fashion & lifestyle brands in one exciting, forward thinking fashion event. For the first time, not only are the products on sale fairly produced but the organisers are bucking the capitalist trend and behaving ethically themselves, charging exhibitors like Miksani and Bibico only an equal split of the running costs. On top of that, the Rag Factory is providing the venue at a reduced rate to this future friendly cause.
