Conscious Planet Media, in conjunction with the City of Chicago and Chicago Fashion Focus, is pleased to present Chicago's first ever all environmentally and socially conscious runway show and benefit during fashion week: Vert Couture! A historic fashion and conscious lifestyle event highlighted by a runway show featuring the best in Chicago eco-fashion for the Fall 2009/Winter 2010 season. Vert Couture will showcase the work of Mountains of the Moon, Vaute Couture, Frei Designs, Elise Bergman, and Bryant McLemore Smith, among others. The event will begin with a VIP green room lifestyle reception with organic cocktails, local and sustainable treats and eclectic music. The fashion show will begin at 7pm with an eco-chic after party immediately following. All of the elements of the show will be sustainable—and fabulous. 100% of profits generated from the event will be donated to the Chicago Fashion Foundation .
