What’s more American then Levi’s Jeans, Payless Shoes and Disney? This month, these three giant brands are showing their green spirit and if they can do it, everyone can! Tomorrow May 10th is the last day of Levi’s and Goodwill’s “Give Jeans”. Bring jeans of any brand into select Levi’s stores nationwide (US) an receive a 25% discount on a new pair of Levi’s Jeans…while you’re at it, make sure you choose from their Levi’s Eco organic cotton collection. On this occasion, we also found out that, aside from shopping in one of the hundreds of physical stores, you can also shop Goodwill online here.
Finally, you can indulge your inner child with a Mickey Mouse bag or clutch thanks to the new partnership between upcycled bag brand Ecoist and Disney. Just don’t go overboard and get the matching t-shirt! Less is more America.

I thought other readers would enjoy an activity I got at the botanical gardens. Have you or your children "Ever Seen a Plant Move When You Tickle It?" If you wanted to share your love for nature with your children, here is an activity I have done with mine. This may change the way you and the kids react to plants for ever. Imagine giving your children some seeds. Having them watch them sprout and grow. Then shortly after the second leaves appear they tickle the plant and it moves its branches down and closes its leaves!
