Copenhagen Fashion Week is coming soon from August 6th to the 9th and with it, the event Copenhagen Unfair, which has been reuniting the multiple branches of the design world as it develops in the streets since 2006. The concept of Copenhagen Unfair to offer more than just fashion during the Copenhagen Fashion Week. The solution? To combine fashion with art, films and music - all from an underground perspective.

As far as fashion is concerned, Copenhagen Unfair presents fashion as it is being developed on the streets right now. A mixture of small progressive brands, ranging from the high-end fashion to street wear, will make out the selection of exhibitors at this years fair.

So which eco and green brands should you look out for at this year’s Unfair?

Studio JUX is a Dutch designer brand that combines sustainability with designer clothing. The men and women collections are a combination of Dutch design and comfort. The style is distinct, each JUX piece has a twist by playing with shapes and rules with smooth and natural fabrics like cashmere, organic cotton, bamboo and silk. All suppliers are from Nepal to bring employment to the third poorest country in the world.

Krambamboline makes young cool shoes of recycled materials, biodegradable materials, ecological leathers and vegetable tan leathers.The shoe box is recycled and contains no glue, easy to unfold and recycle again. All their suppliers are from Europe.
