If you’re looking for a fun family outing this Sunday (July 20, 2008) join the ethic girls of Sussex for the Fair Trade Fashion Show at the EcoFair in Horsham. The three eco entrepreneurs organizing the event will each bring their particular flair and experience to the event, showcasing some of the UK’s finest ethical designers and shops. Deborah Miarkowska of EcoChic www.ecochicfairtrade.co.uk is the fair trade expert: "Fair Trade and ethical fashion are changing enormously, with contemporary, eco-conscious clothes and accessories. Look out for People Tree, Adila, EcoChic, LA & Silver Chilli Jewellery, and Traidcraft.” Lou Taylor, the Ethical Stylist www.ethicalstylist.co.uk fights fast fashion by dressing women in fabulous ethical lines such as Ciel and Enamore, carried by local Brighton boutique Lulie B.
Katie Fewings of Ethical Weddings www.ethicalweddings.com will be on
hand to show organic and recycled bridal wear from designers such as Motasem and Wholly Jo's. While the show takes place at 2pm, there is a whole day of fun planned from 10:30am to 5pm including green living seminars and workshops and countless stalls selling everything from organic strawberries to water-saving devices.

Brighton really is a wonderful place to be eco and there are so many fairtrade, vegetarian and eco shops. It really is a green city.
