Ethical Fashion already had a foothold in the first two capitals of fashion: Paris and New York, but somehow, Italy had not been on the map so far…yet another proof that things are changing: for the first time this year Ethical fashion Show® has been invited to the White salon in Milan on March 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Amongst the Prada and Dolce, there will now be a space for fashion players to discover original eco designers. For this first edition the theme of the show will be traditional skills and social development with an international selection of designers including:

Royah (Afghanistan), Mona Mohanna (Lebanon), Redesign the World (Italy – Peru - Mauritius), Altra Qualità (Italy), Leila Hafzi (Norway), Ponchissimo (France - Equador), Valerie Pache (France), Andes Made (France - Bolivia), Patrick Lafrontiere (France - Guyana), Ombre Claire (France - Niger)

The Italian association ARTE FATTO, a non-profit association dedicated to growing opportunities for ethically conscious artisans and designers with a special focus in supporting producers and promoting their projects, is the implementing partner of Ethical Fashion Show® in Italy

This platform of information and awareness is reserved to professionals but if you want to catch up on your Ethical Fashion while traveling, the public is invited to attend the other editions of Ethical Fashion Show: in Rio from June 12th to 14th and in Paris from October 1st to 4th 2009.
