Are you a small brand working with organic fabrics or interested in sourcing them? Until April 23, the Global Organic Cotton Community (GOCC) will run an e-discussion: "How to support small brands & designers sourcing organic fabrics?" The aim of this discussion is to gather relevant information and learn from experiences about sourcing organic cotton and other eco-fabrics. The GOCC invites you to contribute and enrich this dialogue with your expertise and knowledge.

The Global Organic Cotton Community was co-launched in 2009 by Helvetas' Organic & Fairtrade Competence Center, ICCO, SECO and Organic Exchange as a virtual discussion space for registered members to exchange knowledge and learn more about organic cotton.

To participate, all you need to do is register for a free membership and you will automatically receive an invitation to the discussion. Once registered, you will also have access to all previous dialogues in the 'Library.' Strengthening the organic cotton community while moving overall textile sustainability forward is the goal for the GOCC and your contribution is very much valued!

Helpful Eco Fashion Advice!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I find this area has been one of the most difficult to find information about and as someone interested in breaking into the ethical/eco fashion world this is hugely helpful.

Thanks for your openness and willingness to share!
