Looking for a job in the exciting world of eco fashion? The Better Cotton Initiative offers an opportunity to be the Membership Coordinator. The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), aims to promote measurable improvements in the key environmental and social impacts of cotton cultivation worldwide to make it more economically, environmentally, and socially sustainable. BCI is working with organizations from across the cotton supply chain and interested stakeholders to facilitate a solution for the mainstream cotton sector.

The BCI Membership Coordinator will work primarily to support BCI members to fulfill their commitments and realise their goals and to lead on BCI’s outreach to grow membership across the membership categories year on year. The position involves working closely with stakeholders across the world, from the United States to South Asia, and is pivotal within the BCI Secretariat for coordinating engagement with existing and potential members.

The BCI is looking for someone who has experience working with multi-stakeholder programs and sustainable textiles, is a good communicator and listener, and enjoys learning, innovating, and taking on a challenge. Application deadline is June 4.
