Always dreamt of working in ethical fashion? This is your chance! Pachacuti has a vacancy for a Wholesale Administrator, based in Derbyshire, UK. This is an administration and co-ordination role to support Pachacuti's wholesale growth. Pachacuti is a multi-award winning fair trade clothing and accessories company and we are currently working on the pilot for the SFTMS with IFAT, the first fair trade supply chain label. You will be producing accurate and timely paperwork to support the entire wholesale operation and will deal with the packing and dispatch of orders. You will need a good eye for detail, have a very organized working style, good computer skills and be used to the pressures associated with ad-hoc problem solving. You will be liaising directly with our trade customers on a daily basis and you should therefore be good at building relationships and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Interest in Fair Trade is essential. This is a role which offers real job satisfaction as the growth of trade sales is bringing direct benefit to the 700 producers Pachacuti supports in the Andean region of South America. There is also a lot of opportunity for this position to grow and develop as Pachacuti expands, particularly over the next few years with the anticipated launch of the new fair trade label. This post can either be full time (40 hours), or 30 hours per week. Starting salary: £15,600 per annum, to increase to £16,640 after first 3 months.
