If you're holidaying in Italy these days, don't miss Brasil Progresso E I Dell Colori in Spoleto, an event that highlights the culture of new talents from Brazil and other Latin American countries. The theme of Brasil Progresso E I Dell Colori is Amazonia with performances from Bolivian, Colombian and Brazilian artists in music, fashion and dance. On Saturday 29th August, the young ethical fashion designer Lisyane Oliveira will show her collection Laberinto. Inspired by the theme, she has chosen all organic materials for her flowing dresses, tops and skirts. In collaboration with the Brazilian brand Natural Fashion that makes basics out of naturally colored cotton, Lisyane has designed a more edgy collection out of these fabrics. Working with women's cooperatives in Paraíba in the north of Brazil, she rediscovers ancient techniques like macramé for her trendy pieces. A great way of showing that the beautiful green, brown, purple and red tones of naturally colored cotton can be translated to the catwalk!

Brasil Progresso E I Dell Colori takes place from 27-29 August in Spoleto, Italy.
