Ciel works with many different types of eco-fabrics and has a panoramic approach to eco style led design. Designing from the inside out with a cradle to cradle philosophy that is inclusive of waste from cutting and uses both post production waste in its up-cycled jersey ranges to GOTS certified organic cotton, Alpaca knitwear which is un-dyed and natural color grown cotton, Eco linen and eco-silks, laces dyed using sustainable azo free dyes and Oekotex certified and recycled polymer synthetics. Ciel has worked with the Indian Craft mark for hand block printed silks for some collections and always produces a highly modern contemporary collection each season that is on trend and forward thinking.
